Norwegian singer and multi-instrumentalist Simon Walther creates atmospheric rock where melody matters just as much as volume.
His music moves through rolling, dreamy soundscapes built from guitars and organic drums, with JONO Music describing the result as rock-dominated music with a slight touch of country. His first solo album, Leave The Sinking Ship Behind, was released in 2012 and received positive attention in both Sweden and Norway.
Later that year, Simon and his band supported Norwegian artist Tommy Tokyo at a sold-out S:t Croix in Fredrikstad.
